The great evolution of knowledge in the area of sport science, as well as the increasing development of technological equipment, which enable us to have greater insight and accuracy in collecting effort data produced by athletes, leads us today to address the preparation of elite athletes with an increasing level of confidence.

Nowadays, we can better estimate the production of external work, measurable with traditional and precious sport timer through hematology and physiological markers that allow us to have a view of the internal repercussions caused by training loads that athletes perform in daily lives.

The control optimizes training and enhances the development of each energy pathways, taking into account the specific needs of each of the competitions and the momentary state of preparedness of each athlete. In the current state of development, working out the correct intensities, with greatly exaggerated volumes and without reading the internal indicators of the adaptation process, hardly allow us to be at the highest level of world sport.
