Learning objectives:
This study cycle give to the students a solid and balanced education in the different area of the geographic sciences; characterized as broad-band, it offers a wide range of professional career options for its graduates as well as an adaptability to the demands of the job market. Graduates are able to integrate multidisciplinary teams to carry out projects in the areas of GIS (Geographic Information Systems), multifunctional land registry,applied hydraulics and regional planning, among others.
In this way, these graduates can access a wide variety of professional positions, since they can carry out many different tasks, including: Topographic land surveys, Implementation and management of civil works, cartographic and photogrammetric projects, GIS studies and projects, urbanization development studies and land planning, studies for water supply and water drainage, highway and road design, controller, consulting and construction management.
