Learning objectives:
A student having graduated from this course in Marketing should be able to: understand the way an organization works, its mission and objectives, the good it produces/sells or the services it provides; learn about all the areas of Marketing in a broad sense; know the economic and financial language which enables their interpretation of the indicators of Commercial Management; understand and anticipate the needs of consumers/users; plan and carry out strategic and operational marketing plans; project and apply market studies; be able to work with market segmentation; know and apply marketing techniques.

Output profile: Marketing graduates should:
» be able to understand the way an organization works, its mission and objectives, the goods that it produces/sells or the services it provides;
» learn all of the aspects of Marketing in a broad sense;
» know the economic and financial language so that they can interpret indicators of Sales Management (market quotes, volume of sales, penetration indexes, share of voices, etc.);
» understand and predict consumer/user needs;
» plan and execute strategic and operational marketing plans;
» Prepare and apply market studies;
» carry out market segmentation;
» know and apply marketing techniques;
» explain the implication level of marketing decisions in the company profitability;
» know and apply ICT tools;
» activate knowledge from the social and human sciences;
» know and apply social research methods and techniques;
» acquire a high level of communication skills in writing and speaking (clearly, well-structured, fluently, and coherently with analytical, reformulation and synthetic skills);
» communicate effectively in foreign languages.
