Qualifications:
The candidate for the Master in Integrated Management Systems (Environment, Quality, Safety and Social Responsibility) must be: - Holder of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent in the scientific area of the Master's course or in a similar area; - Holder of a foreign higher academic degree, awarded following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process, by a State adhering to this Process; - Holder of a foreign higher academic degree, which is recognized as meeting the objectives of the Bachelor's degree by the Technical-Scientific Council of the ESTG-IPG; - Holder of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical-Scientific Council of ESTG-IPG.
Learning objectives:
The Master in Integrated Management Systems (Environment, Quality, Safety and Social Responsibility) trains Senior Management in Social Responsibility Systems (NP4469-1, SA8000, ISO 26000), Quality (ISO 9000), Environment (ISO 14000) and Safety ( OHSAS 18000), giving them the knowledge and skills, technical and scientific, necessary for the exercise of professional activity in these areas. In addition to strengthening the analysis, planning, implementation and management control capacity, individualized or integrated, of these systems, both mandatory (legal) and voluntary.

The candidate for the Master in Integrated Management Systems (Environment, Quality, Safety and Social Responsibility) must be: - Motivated by professional practice in the area of integrated management systems; - Motivated, according to international competitiveness standards, by the area of integrated management systems; - Motivated by the business world and its risks in the sustainability framework; - Motivated to overcome problems, reach solutions, regardless of circumstances, reducing complexity and integrating processes; - Able to learn permanently.
Methodologies:
The teaching and learning methodologies in each curricular unit take into account: - the objectives of the study cycle and the curricular unit; - the syllabus; - the bibliography; - the methods offered to the student.
As defined in the IPG Masters School Regulations, the learning assessment can be: - continuous evaluation; - final evaluation.
Output profile: The Master in Integrated Management Systems (Environment, Quality, Safety and Social Responsibility)) is able to: - Use tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of social responsibility, quality, environment and safety at work, to support the current activities of management systems; - Strengthen the ability to analyze, plan, implement and control the management of social responsibility, quality, environment and safety at work systems; - Integrate the different management systems, specifically social responsibility, quality, environment and safety at work, with prevention and risk management, in order to take advantage of synergies; - Conduct individual or integrated audits of management systems; - Know the legislation, as well as recent regulatory developments and trends in the field of the application of social responsibility, quality, environment and safety at work; - Perform functions in the area of integrated management systems, with a high degree of specialization.
